we offer a variety of different workouts weekly to keep your training fun.
BodyBeats - Aerobic based, all over body weight workout to music. If you like dancing, this one is for you!
Body Composition - Focus on muscle groups to tone and strengthen specific areas of the body.
Kettles & Kore - All about Kettle bells! Improve cardio, strength and core focused.
HIITFIT- Blast your workouts with low rest periods and intervals of high intensity, with fun exercises.
Weights With Mates -Strength, smiles, sweat together! Train hard, laugh loud, and lift as a team with a mix of solo, group and partner work.
Can't make a session? Use one of your session passes and use the gym on "MyTime."
