Frequently Asked Questions
I'm stuck for childcare. Can I bring my child?
Children 7+ may be in the gym if supervised by a parent/guardian and with a signed parental consent form. Babies and toddlers are not allowed. Children not using equipment stay free; age restrictions and fees apply if using equipment.
I would like to bring my friend to the gym. Do you offer guest passes?
Yes, we do offer guest passes for one- off visits. you can book and pay for these on here
Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
New members or beginners are required to have a complimentary induction when they join and anyone else can have one if they’d like.
Is there parking available?
Yes there is designated parking areas at Abi’s Gym
Is there any changing room facilities?
As a ready-to-go gym, we currently have limited facilities, including a kitchen/multi-purpose room and a toilet. While we don’t have dedicated changing rooms, changing can be accommodated if needed,
